Braised shank of English lamb on tomato, flageolet bean and bacon casserole
Char-grilled local Sirloin (£2.00 supplement) with hand cut chips, horseradish cream and roasted beetroot
Wild mushroom risotto
Roasted red snapper with brown shrimp and pan fried salsify, sweet potato puree
Local pheasant on puy lentils with celeriac puree and red wine jus
Lemon roasted spatchcocked chicken with savoy cabbage and potato dauphinoise
