Slow roast pork belly with braised red cabbage  
Sweet cured marinated herring with mustard dressing
Asparagus wrapped in Parma ham with hollandaise sauce
Slow cooked red onion tart with Ash goat’s cheese

Roast rib-eye of beef with Yorkshire pudding
Roast loin of pork with apple sauce
Pan roasted cod with char grilled asparagus and Salsa Verde
Confit leg of duck with bubble and squeak
Cold poached salmon with potato and side salad
Penne pasta with purple broccoli, garlic and touch of chilli


All of the above are served with Roast Potatoes and Vegetables of the Day

Apple and frangipane served with anglaise sauce and coconut ice cream
Iced lemon parfait with tuille biscuit, raspberry coulis and cantaloupe melon
Chocolate and orange mousse with milk chocolate sauce

Selection of cheese served with homemade chutney and biscuits (£2.50 Supplement)
