Our Guarantee

We offer a guarantee that your booking, no matter how large or small, will be handled with sensitivity and as much attention to detail that we can provide.

If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, hospitality or food then we guarantee to investigate each point that you have made and report back to you as soon as we can. If you are on the premises then one of my Duty Managers will be able to listen to your comments and act accordingly.  If you have left the building and have corresponded with us then we will get back to you within 24 hours maximum.

Our aim is to ensure that you are satisfied with our response, the actions that we take to rectify any problem, and we guarantee to make every possible effort to restore your faith in us.
