Three course meal with coffee
An evening of table magic And 30 minute cabaret
8pm till approx. 11pm
All dining at 8pm
Menus pre-ordered 14 days in advance
Cannellini bean and spinach soup, with parmesan (v)
Blue cheese, roasted pear and walnut filo tart with wilted chard and broad bean puree (v)
Potted rabbit, marinated figs, sourdough Lightly chillied crab linguine, parmesan, rocket
Pressed ham hock and duck terrine, stewed quince, star anise, walnut bread
Rump of lamb, parsley mash, peas, broad beans and asparagus
Breast of guinea fowl, asparagus, pea puree and pea shoots, fondant potato and thyme
Roast monkfish dusted in smoked paprika with a little gem, chorizo and butterbean ragout
Sea bass fillets, crushed olive new potatoes, creamed leeks, prawn and caper sauce
Pearl barley and beetroot risotto, goat’s cheesecake (v)
Selection of seasonal vegetables
Hazelnut meringue, summer fruits, pistachio crème fraiche Coconut and lime rice pudding, caramelised mango compote
Poached strawberries, white chocolate mousse Chocolate chip banana parfait, dark chocolate sorbet Sticky toffee
pudding brandy snap basket, vanilla ice cream

As all our dishes are prepared to order, please allow us sufficient time to prepare and present these dishes, some may take a little longer than others, your server will be able to advise on dishes that can be presented quickly. Essex. Suffolk and Norfolk offer an abundant supply of fresh and seasonal produce whether grown, reared or caught and we make every effort to source all our produce from the local area.
