Steven Cansell after spending 7 years at The Blue Strawberry Bistro brings a new food concept to The County. With his team he strives to enhance the best of fresh local produce whilst maintaining great value for money. Steve goes to great length to source the best that our local and national producers have to offer taking great care each month ensuring each and every ingredient is at the height of its growing season, but always maintaining genuine value for money.
