Quail, toasted almonds, rocket and white bean puree
 
Intermediate……

Wine: Domaine Ott 2008, Rose
Open spinach raviolo, artichoke hearts, olives, vine tomatoes, basil, garlic and parmesan

To Follow……

Wine: Marques de Murieta Rioja Reserva 2007
Daube of beef, braised oxtail, creamed potato, pea, broad bean and spinach ragout

To Finish……

Wine: Chateau Le Sin Sacriste, Sainte-Croix-du-Mont France 2007
Filo mille-feuille, summer fruits, lemon curd, minted crème fraicheTea or Coffee, petit fours
