Roast Rib of Beef, Horseradish tomato, Yorkshire pudding, pan juices
Roast Loin of pork, apple compote
Roast pheasant, redcurrant jus, game chips
Wild mushroom, courgette gnocchi, crème fraiche & basil [v]
Fillets of Sea Bream, salad of watercress, caper berries & sweet potato, herb oil
