hollandaise.
Lemon and garlic roasted flattened chicken, sauté
potatoes, savoy cabbage.
Pork cutlet, bubble and squeak, caramelised apples, cider jus.
Parmesan gnocchi, roast beets and roast salsify, field mushrooms, roast hazelnut pesto [v].
