 fillet steak, potato rosti, butternut squash puree, curly kale , red wine jus

roast saddle of lamb, celeriac and  potato rosti,   pan fried fennel

ligurian fish stew - mussels, langoustines, monkfish, gunard,
chilies, new potatoes tomato and fennel

breast of corn fed chicken with tarragon, braised chicory,  dauphinoise potatoes

veal chops marinaded with lemon, garlic and chilli,  roasted squash, parsnips and jerusalem artichokes

wild mushroom and tarragon tortellini, watercress cream, parmesan  [v]
